MAG-PLASTIC MACHINERY, INC started its activities in 1991 in order to develop sales activities in North America and to bring local customers an efficient and total technical support.
Since 2002, Magplastic North American subsidiary is located close to Cincinnati, Ohio USA.

In 2013 Mag-Plastic Machinery, Inc. has undergone a name change to the following AISA Industrial Automation North America Inc.

Efficient, total technical support
Maintenance contracts

For many customers, a maintenance contract provides the simplest and most reliable maintenance solution. Maintenance levels to suit all needs can be provided by a single, simple annual contract. This also allows visits by service technicians to be planned in advance, thus ensuring the availability of technicians at the right times to achieve increased uptime.
Installation & commissioning
All machines manufactured by Magplastic are installed and started up by our technicians on site, to ensure the shortest lead time to production, thus eliminating unnecessary loss of efficiency.
As improved employee training yields significantly higher efficiency, we offer comprehensive training for Magplastic machines to enable our customers to take full advantage of employee potentials with regard to operation and maintenance, stretch blow-moulding technology and general economic working processes.
Process assistance
The primary objective of this assistance is profit optimization by utilizing the extensive expertise of our technicians in stretch blow-moulding processes. The main focus is on optimizing machine parameters for the best quality/production ratio, according to bottle criteria and shape.
On-call service and spare parts availability
In the event of an emergency requiring repair, our technician team will normally be available within one working day. We pride ourselves on our ability to respond to the needs of our customers by supplying the highest quality parts within the shortest possible turnaround times – often overnight – from 1400 articles held in stock in the USA alone.
Retrofits and upgrades
Changes in market trends and products require fast responses. Flexibility is the key word here. In order to meet future demands, Magplastic staff is always available to assist you in assessing upgrades and implementing modifications on site.
